Product Description
Vacuum cooling works by rapid evaporation of water from certain vegetables or other products under very low atmospheric pressures inside a vacuum chamber. Energy in the form of heat is required to change water from a liquid to a vapor state as in the boiling of water. At reduced atmospheric pressure in a vacuum chamber water boils at a lower than normal temperature.Features
1.Keep the best sensory and quality (color, aroma, taste and nutrients) of fruits and vegetables!
2.The cooling time is fast, generally about 20-35 minutes
3.Can inhibit or kill bacteria and microorganisms; no pollution to the product.
4.The removed moisture accounts for only 2 to 3% of the weight.
5.It is suitable for longer storage
